Consultancy
PFM Surveying Ltd. works with a range of firms locally and nationally to help support their day to day operation including taking on work whilst they are busy, doing the leg work for jobs that are out of the way or simply helping them review reports.
We are able to work on a fee split, day rate or agreed fee basis to ensure costs are known in advance.
Commercial Surveys
If your business is looking to take on property or is already in occupation, we are able to offer a range of services and advice to help support your needs. Including:
* Pre-Acquisition/Building Surveyors Report
* Schedule of Condition
* Building Pathology/Defect Diagnosis.
* Drone inspections
We work closely with other practices in the area who are able to offer services including Design, Project Management and Dilapidation advice.
Residential Surveys
We are able to offer residential surveys direct to the public or on behalf of other practices.
* Level 2 report (previously the HomeBuyer Report) - We offer either the RICS Level 2 report or the RPSA Home Buyer Report.
* Level 3 report (previously Building Survey) - We offer the RPSA/Skyline Building Survey product which is in our opinion a market leading version of the Level 3 report. We can offer the RICS Level 3 report if required. Additional services available include a drone inspection of the roof and upper portions of the building (weather dependent).
* Defect diagnosis - Specialist investigation by an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor/ Chartered Building Engineer with a specialist interest in properties from the Industrial Revolution
