Consultancy
We work with a range of firms to help support their day to day operation including taking on work whilst they are busy, doing the leg work for jobs that are out of the way or simply helping them review reports.
We are able to work on a fee split, day rate or agreed fee basis to ensure costs are known in advance.
Commercial Surveys
If your business is looking to take on property or is already in occupation, we are able to offer a range of services and advice to help support your needs. Including:
* Pre-Acquisition/Building Surveyors Report
* Schedule of Condition
* Building Pathology/Defect Diagnosis.
We work closely with other practices in the area who are able to offer services including Design, Project Management and Dilapidation advice.
Residential Surveys
We are able to offer residential surveys direct to the public or on behalf of other practices.
* RICS level 2 or RPSA Home Buyer Report - Survey report formats designed to reflect the condition of a traditional property that is more modern, of standard construction and not too big or complicated.
* Building Survey - RPSA/Level 3 report - Ideally suited to larger, more complex, older, extended or higher value homes. We can offer the RICS Level 3 report if required.
* Defect diagnosis - Specialist investigation by an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor/ Chartered Building Engineer with a specialist interest in properties from the Industrial Revolution
We are now able to offer drone inspections as a stand alone inspection or as an add on to the inspections listed above. We have already found that the additional reach offered by a drone can help identify issues that are not visible from ground level.
We are CAA registered and carry additional insurance to carry out drone inspections of properties.
